I love books in which women who maybe don't have a lot in common come together. The House on Apple Hill Lane fits that bill. Each of the women in the book are dealing with different types of things in their lives, but they are coming together to help each other. I wish I had these types of women in my life, but I don't. Guess I'll just keep reading about them and drawing joy from them.This is the first in a new series and I can tell I am really going to love the whole series. There is also a little mystery going on (or maybe several..). It really kept me turning the pages. Loved it!
The parts never came together in a coherent whole. There didn't seem to be a point.
